Bespoke Wedding Images Terms and Conditions

Please read the following terms and conditions regarding the Bespoke Wedding Images service. When you book with Bespoke Wedding Images you are required to sign a terms and conditions document showing that you have read and agree to these terms and conditions.

Deposit
All weddings require a non-refundable deposit of £100 to secure the booking.

Final Payment
The final balance must be paid no later than three weeks before the event date. If payments are not received by the due date, Bespoke Wedding Images reserves the right to withhold all goods until payment is made. Interest of 2.5% per day will be added to the balance of late payments.

The fee is for agreed services and additional travel expense of your Wedding day.

The cost of travel is typically free to within a 25 mile radius of the editing studio. If your event falls outside this distance then we shall inform you of any additional charges during quotation.

The final fee includes 3 master copies of your video on DVD. Bespoke Wedding Images will edit your DVD to our high standards and has the final say on the final product. Any alterations to the DVD after completion may incur additional charges.

Further copies of the DVD are available at additional charge.

Cancellation
Any cancellation from you must be in writing, six weeks prior to the event, otherwise full payment will be required.

Filming of the day
Filming will start 1 hour before the ceremony until completion of the filming for Bronze/Silver/Gold service.

The Final Cut
The DVD of your event takes up to 8 weeks to compile and prepare for collection/delivery. Music included on the DVD will be chosen personally by you unless otherwise agreed.

Bespoke Wedding Images cannot be held responsible for camera failure. If such a problem occurs, Bespoke Wedding Images will provide compensation. The compensation will be no more than the original fee paid for the service.
